Ronda Richardson appeals her conviction of second-degree reckless homicide in the killing of her boyfriend. She contends that the trial court unfairly limited her expert's testimony regarding the battered woman's syndrome. While we agree with Richardson that the trial court erred by not allowing her expert to compare Richardson's characteristics with those who exhibit the battered woman's syndrome and reverse for a new trial on this ground, we reject her...
