(MSP), and ConAgra, Inc., doing business as Northern States Beef (ConAgra), for injuries appellant received while working as an employee of MSP in a building owned by ConAgra. MSP was made a party solely under the provisions of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 48-118 (Reissue 1988) and has not filed an appellate brief.
