Plaintiff-appellant Robert A. Beattie, Jr. (Beattie) appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendant-appellee The Boeing Company (Boeing) on Beattie's Bivens1 claim for violation of his First Amendment right of free speech.2 The judgment followed an unpublished Memorandum and Order. We affirm.
