The parties in this action have filed cross motions for summary judgment. The Defendants have also filed a motion for leave to amend their answers to the Complaint. The Court heard argument on these motions on July 19, 1994 and, at the hearing, denied the Defendants' motion for leave to amend the answers. For the reasons stated below, the Court also denies the Defendants' motion for summary judgment and grants the Plaintiff...
