This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County. We affirm.

While operating his motor vehicle in the westbound lane of Route 20, appellant David Cathey fell asleep, crossed over into the eastbound lane, and struck another vehicle operated by Joseph Sirak.
