This is an interlocutory appeal from the district court's suppression order brought pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3731. The government contends that the court (1) erroneously amended the search warrant's date restriction; and (2) improperly excluded evidence seized under the plain view doctrine. We conclude that the original date restriction in the search warrant was supported by probable cause and that the court's plain view doctrine analysis...
