Respondent was admitted to practice by this Court on February 16, 1982. On December 1, 1993, respondent pleaded guilty to attempted grand larceny in the fourth degree arising from the use by respondent and her former partner of estate funds for their personal benefit and to pay for the expenses of their law practice. By order of this Court entered December 13, 1993 (199 A.D.2d 1077
