Before us is the issue of whether this court should confirm the Debtor's [sic] Joint Amended Second Plan of Reorganization Pursuant to Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code ("the Plan") over the Objections of the Debtors' largest secured creditor, Midlantic Bank, N.A., successor to Continental Bank ("the Bank"). These Objections are now confined to a few technical issues...
