Appellant, Wilkin Elevator d/b/a Lowden Feed Service (the feed store), appeals from an adverse judgment in its action for money damages against the appellee, Bennett State Bank (the bank). The action alleged that the bank breached an agreement to assure full payment to the feed store of the account of its customers Doug and Judy Beuthien (the Beuthiens).
