Defendant-Appellant Samuel Ervin Mills ("Mills") appeals from his conviction on the charge of possession of a firearm by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). He alleges a number of errors by the district court, including that: his suppression motion was erroneously denied, the judge allowed a constructive amendment of the indictment, flawed jury instructions allowed the jury to convict without reaching unanimity on the date...
