In this appeal, plaintiff-appellant NASCO, Inc., challenges the district court's entry of summary judgment against it and in favor of defendant-appellee Public Storage, Inc. ("PSI"). NASCO asserts that the court erred in concluding that a trial was not warranted on its claims for breach of contract and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
