Respondent Doris Wurst sued respondent Douglas Friendshuh for negligence after she was injured while working on his farm. Friendshuh brought a third-party declaratory judgment action against his insurer, appellant North Star Mutual Insurance Company (North Star), asserting that North Star was obligated to defend and indemnify him in Wurst's action.
