The facts in the controversy before the Court are not in dispute. Blue Coal Corporation, a bankruptcy filed to Case No. 76-1311, is a creditor of Beltrami Enterprises, Inc. and Lucky Strike Coal Corp. which are related Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases filed to 5-91-00866 and 5-91-01571 respectively.
