This matter is before the Court on a complaint filed by the plaintiff, Opal Jean Burgess, seeking the Court to determine that a debt owed to her by the defendant, Tammy Sue Martin, is non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6).
