Owens-Corning Fiberglas (Owens) appeals from an award of workers' compensation "scheduled member" benefits to Fred Harbin for Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT), i.e., a blood clot in Harbin's right leg, under S.C.Code Ann. § 42-9-30 (1985). The Full Commission adopted the single commissioner's order awarding benefits, and the circuit court affirmed. We likewise affirm.
