Jerry K. Partee pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine with intent to distribute. He was sentenced to 97 months in prison. He appeals his sentence claiming that the district court erred in giving him a two-level enhancement for obstruction of justice under U.S.S.G. § 3C1.1 and in denying him a two-level reduction for acceptance of responsibility under U.S.S.G. § 3E.1.1.
