Defendant was stopped for speeding on February 3, 1992. He was placed under arrest and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, MCL 750.227; MSA 28.424, and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (OUIL), MCL 257.625(1)(a); MSA 9.2325(1)(a).
