OPINION

KEITH, Chief Justice.

This case raises the issue of whether All-state Insurance Company has a duty to defend and indemnify its insured, (S.F.), under a homeowner's policy, for complainant's claims of sexual assault by the insured and two other men. We reverse the court of appeals and reinstate the judgment of the trial court that there is no duty here to defend and indemnify.
