SMITH, Judge.

In what appears to us to be a case of first impression in Maryland, we shall hold that, upon the revocation of a license to use real estate, the licensee is not obliged to restore the premises to the condition that they were in prior to the license. We likewise shall hold that the trial court erred in concluding that the City of Frederick had taken land by inverse condemnation.
