The judgment awarded $150,000.00 in life insurance proceeds plus attorney's fees to the plaintiff resulting from her husband's death. The defendant appeals the entire judgment, while the plaintiff has filed a cross-appeal challenging the amount of attorney's fees awarded as less than the amount requested by the plaintiff's counsel.
