Blue Valley Lutheran Homes Society, Inc. (Blue Valley), appeals an order of the county court as affirmed by the district court. The county court found that Blue Valley had failed to timely object to the schedule of final distribution of assets from the estate of Roy Marsh and, therefore, (1) pursuant to the Nebraska Probate Code, had waived any objections to the distribution of rents and profits which it did not receive and (2) lacked standing to object...
