Moore Electric Supply, Inc. sued Tom Ward and others to recover an amount allegedly owed for material Moore Electric supplied to a State Highway Department project. Moore later added St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co. as a defendant and sought to recover against a labor and materials bond St. Paul issued for the project.
