This prosecution appeal is from a pretrial order dismissing four counts of an eight-count complaint for lack of probable cause. See State v. Diedrich, 410 N.W.2d 20, 22 (Minn.App.1987) (dismissal for lack of probable cause based on statutory interpretation is appealable).
