("Pravin") moves for summary judgment, pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.P., against Banco Popular del Peru ("Banco Popular") and the Republic of Peru ("Peru") (collectively, the "Defendants"). Banco Popular and Peru have crossed-moved to dismiss or stay Banker's motion for summary judgment, or in the alternative, the Defendants request that the Court deny Pravin's motion for summary...
