BECKER, J.

Robert McMaster appeals the dismissal of his complaint under the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (UFTA).1 The trial court ruled that McMaster's claim was barred by UFTA's extinguishment provision, notwithstanding his contention that he brought the action within 1 year of his discovery of the facts constituting fraud. We affirm.
