Dorothy Blohm sued Marvin Johnson, a renter, for fire damage to her property; Diana Roscoe and others were also sued. The jury found Johnson, Roscoe and the others negligent, and also found that Johnson and Roscoe were engaged in a joint enterprise. The parties stipulated as to damages.
