Christopher Jon Chapin appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine (cause 31266-9-I) on the ground that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence. He also appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver (cause 31031-3-I) on the ground that the trial court erred in (1) instructing the jury that he bore the burden of proving entrapment...
