The Department of Transportation (DOT) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County which modified the period of revocation of the operating privileges of Todd Korenich.

The facts are undisputed. On November 10, 1987, Korenich pled guilty to a multi-count information arising out of two unrelated incidents or episodes which occurred on June 16, 1987, and July 9, 1987...
