Appellants Keith and Kyle Coolidge, by their parents, Karen and Gordon Coolidge, appeal the district court's summary judgment determination that pecuniary loss damages are recoverable only in death cases under the Minnesota Civil Damages Act, Minn.Stat. § 340A.801, subd. 1 (1992).
