Respondent, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Charleston brought an action to foreclose a mortgage on real property owned by Arthur N. Bailey and James Michael Manney. Treeloft Villas Homeowners Association was included as a defendant because it held judgment liens against the property for past due assessments.
