Bernard Fish and Russell Gulmire were charged in a one-count indictment with bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2 and § 2113(a). Mr. Gulmire pleaded guilty and agreed to testify against Mr. Fish. Following a five-day jury trial, Mr. Fish was convicted and sentenced to 230 months' imprisonment.
