This case concerns the trial court's decision to award custody of Brittney Dawn Hutchins to defendant Mark Hutchins (hereinafter "Hutchins"), her biological father. Plaintiffs are relatives of Kimberly Dawn Glawson (hereinafter "Glawson"), Brittney's mother, who is now deceased.
