In this opinion, we are called upon to determine whether the trial court may compel parents to produce their minor daughter for visitation with their child's minor sibling who has been adjudicated a dependent child, pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 6301 et seq., in the absence of a showing by the minor sibling that visitation would be in the best interests and permanent welfare of their minor daughter.
