On June 20, 1990, appellants filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore City. Appellees removed that action to the Bankruptcy Court on July 19, 1990. Appellants subsequently filed in the Bankruptcy Court a motion to remand on the grounds that the Bankruptcy Court did not have subject-matter jurisdiction over their case.
