Plaintiff Karenna Marie Ford was injured while at K. C.'s 24-Hour Child Care Center. She filed suit, by her next friend and mother, Martie Louise Ford Foushi, against Kathy D. Cain, and K. C.'s 24-Hour Child Care Center seeking damages for her injuries. The only insurance in effect at the time of the accident was a general commercial liability policy issued by appellant, Shelby Insurance Company ("Shelby") to Kathy D. Cain as the named insured....
