PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals by leave granted from an April 16, 1992, order denying its motion to dismiss or compel arbitration in this action filed by plaintiff pursuant to the Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) et seq., alleging discriminatory treatment in her discharge from her employment with defendant. We reverse.

Plaintiff was hired by defendant in May 1989, at which time she received a copy of defendant's employee handbook...
