Francisco Gutierrez ("Gutierrez") appeals his convictions of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia, arguing that the state produced insufficient evidence to support the convictions. He also asserts that the trial court abused its discretion in imposing the mandatory fines for these offenses. We affirm in part because there was sufficient evidence supporting the convictions.
