Matthew Gootee was convicted by a jury of three counts of knowingly distributing a quantity of Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). A primary government witness was confidential informant (CI) Gregory Bellamy, to whom Gootee sold LSD.
