Grant, and their firm, Grant and Schencker, P.C., alleging that Schencker's excessive bill and certain actions taken by him to secure its payment violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., as well as several pendant state laws.
