Otis Lucas was convicted of statutory rape and incest and appeals from the entry of judgment on the conviction and sentence.

The evidence shows that between September 1, 1990, and November 29, 1990, Lucas had sexual intercourse with his thirteen-year-old stepdaughter three times under similar circumstances.
