In this action, Gwendolyn Sue Johnson and her parents, Joan Fay Huntoon and Leonard Erwin Huntoon, seek to subject the homestead of Roger Lee Johnson to a judgment lien for past due child support. Gwen's parents were made parties to this action for reasons not relevant to this appeal. Gwen and Roger were, at one time, husband and wife.
