This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence imposed after Appellant was convicted in a jury trial of two counts of indecent assault.1 Timely filed post-trial motions were denied and Appellant was sentenced to concurrent terms of not less than six months nor more than one year for the first count, and not less than one year nor more than two years for the second count of indecent assault.
