This is an appeal from the district court's order affirming the bankruptcy court's decision in favor of the defendant. At issue first is the ownership of unsevered crops after the foreclosure sale of the farmland in question. The second issue is whether the defendant retains Eleventh Amendment immunity from suit by the plaintiffs.
