In this consolidated appeal, General Motors Corporation appeals from trial court orders instructing it to make payments to Blue Water Fabricators, Inc. and ETC, Inc. The monies were to be paid under writs of garnishment and represented debts GM owed to New Apex Company. We vacate the trial court's orders and remand for further proceedings.
