BROWN, J.

This is Ernestine Hickman's appeal from a judgment convicting her of first-degree intentional homicide as a party to a crime. A jury found her guilty of conspiracy in murdering her husband, John Hickman. The sole issue is whether the trial court misused its discretion in allowing the testimony of unavailable coactor Ronnie Nicholson from his own prior trial as part of the State's case against Ernestine.
