This court granted appellant S.D.M. Properties (SDM) direct review of a King County Superior Court judgment invalidating a City of Kent (City) zoning ordinance and voiding a building permit issued to SDM under that ordinance. SDM contends that the City's adoption of the ordinance met all notice requirements, and that the trial court improperly voided the permit. We reject these contentions...
