This is a verbal threshold case, N.J.S.A. 39:6A-8a, in which plaintiff Ricky Owens appeals from a summary judgment dismissing his claim for noneconomic damages resulting from an automobile collision on December 22, 1989. Plaintiff was a passenger in a motor vehicle operated by defendant Tim White which collided with a vehicle operated by defendant Jack Kessler.
