Per Curiam.

On December 6, 1993, the respondent was convicted, upon a jury verdict, in the County Court, Nassau County, inter alia, of the crime of criminally negligent homicide, a class E felony (see, Penal Law § 125.10).

Pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90 (4), the respondent ceased to be an attorney and counselor-at-law upon his conviction of a felony.
