DYKMAN, J.

Robert Peplinski appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict finding that defendant Fobe's Roofing, Inc. was not negligent in a workrelated accident in which Peplinski was injured.1 He claims that the trial court erred in four respects in instructing the jury. We reject his claim and affirm.
