Peter C. Roberts pled guilty on September 24, 1993, to a 16-count indictment charging him with 15 counts of theft of mail by postal employee and one count of access device fraud. 18 U.S.C. §§ 1709, 1029(a)(2). A sentencing hearing was conducted and sentence was imposed on December 17, 1993.
